Weld Fume Collectors
Robotic Weld Fume Collector
Designed specifically for a robotic welding application, our WeldPack dust collection system provides a unique, heavy-duty and effective solution for removing fume, smoke, dust and other particles from your facility. This small-footprint fume extractor features four Nano-Elite cartridge filters — available in a standard or flame-retardant version and is extremely efficient on very fine particulate. With a MERV 15 efficiency rating, these filters remove 99.9% of the particulate from the air stream.
The controls of the WeldPack weld fume collector are mounted on the side of the collector and prewired for easy, on-site hookup. These weld fume collectors come as a plug-and-play package, complete with integrated cyclonic spark trap on the inlet of the dust collector.
Portable Weld Fume Collector
Portable weld fume collectors are for professional welders that need a flexible solution. Portable filter units are designed to remove welding fumes on-site in confined spaces and spaces that are difficult to reach by fixed welding fume extraction systems. Our systems offer easy mobility due to their compact size.
For source capture of welding fumes simply roll the machine up to your workstation and flip it on. It’s that easy. Create healthy breathing zones for all of your employees. We have portable welding fume extraction units in stock and can ship them out the same day you order them. The self-cleaning units also save money by extending the life of their filters. The push button air pulse jet cleaning allows you to take control of the unit's filter life.
Weld Fume Extraction Arms
Welding Fume Extraction Arms are used for source capture in welding but can also be applied to extract any vapors, gases, or smoke. They are uniquely suited to purify the air in an industrial setting by extracting the fumes at the source from which they are created. Our hanging fume arms are used to create healthy and safe work environment by pulling fumes away from the welder's breathing zone.
Downdraft Table
Industrial downdraft tables are built to withstand the most demanding applications. With a ventilated, dual-sided work surface, you can configure the this downdraft table to suit dozens of industrial applications. Welding fumes, smoke and dust are captured right at the source so indoor air quality remains uncompromised. As standard, the downdraft table comes fitted with multi-stage spark arrestor for fire prevention and dual 10” exhaust silencers for noise reduction. An automatic reverse-pulse filter cleaning system reduces overall maintenance requirements.
The downdraft tables can be built-to-order in almost any configuration. Whether you weld, grind, debur, cut, sand, finish, solder, paint or mix, the downdraft table provides the perfect, flexible, all-in-one solution.
Ambient Weld Fume Collector
Ambient welding fume collectors are easy to install and are less costly than source capture systems. They provide efficient removal of common airborne dusts from industrial process applications including smoke, fumes and dust. Dirty air enters one side of the weld fume collector and is trapped in the filters and clean air is exhausted. The weld fume collectors can be suspend from the ceiling with chains/threaded rod or hang on the wall with brackets.
